Austin Jones is the CEO of Nitriam LLC, leading product development and daily operations, including manufacturer sourcing and client communication. With over six years of design experience across aerospace, robotics, and consumer products, he is trained in ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards and designs for CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal, and weldments, supporting projects from concept through production.

Noah Klautky is the CFO of Nitriam LLC where he is our expert in software development, systems integration, website creation, programming, and electrical rigging. He also serves as our 3D printer, resin printer, and laser cutter technician, specializing in assembly and quality control for the company. 

Adam is our senior engineer and hands-on fabricator. He has been building and tinkering from a young age and is passionate about the design process along with the satisfaction of bringing ideas to life.

Kassandra creates graphics and documents that bring ideas to life. She specializes in Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat for design and formatting. Focused on branding, marketing, and custom visuals, she delivers polished, high-quality work with creativity and precision.
